We design them for your home, install them, fix anything that goes wrong free all season, take them down in January, and store them until next year — and every season you're free to keep the same look or change the colors, styles and design entirely. No boxes in your garage. No ladders. No tangled strands in November.
What the lease covers
One price, one phone call a year. Everything below is included — there are no add-ons to decline later.
- The lights themselves — LED, many styles, plus garland and wreaths.
- Cords, timers and adapters — everything needed to run it, supplied by us.
- Custom design and installation — sized to your roofline, trees and entry.
- Unlimited free service calls — all season, however many times it takes.
- January takedown — we come back and remove it all.
- Year-round storage — labeled, boxed and waiting for next season.
If anything goes out, we fix it. Free.
A bulb fails, a storm pulls a run loose, a timer gets unplugged — you call, we come. There is no charge and no limit, no matter how many times it happens between Thanksgiving and New Year's. It's the part of the lease people forget about, and it's the part that matters most in late December.

Call, text or email and tell us about your property. We can assess many homes remotely; for larger or heavily wooded properties we'll arrange to come out and walk it with you.

We install
Our crew handles the roofline, the trees, the cord runs and the timer — set to whatever hours you want, on and off automatically. Typically a single visit.

We look after it
Free service all season, takedown in January, storage through the summer. Next year, one call — keep the same look, or switch the colors, styles and design completely.
